[Q] Multi-user : shared folder

Searched in these forums and didn't found a working solution yet ... it it possible to easily share files (i.e: music / videos) between multiple users without using cloud based solution. Is there a folder accessible for all user?

Or anyone managed to create one with root privileges (i.e.: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1993351) ?
